We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team! As a member of the Freaky Findz staff, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have a memorable and enjoyable shopping experience while assisting them in finding any Freaky stuff they may be looking for!
Key Responsibilities:

Product Knowledge: Become an expert in all our product categories, including masks, makeup, costumes, jewelry, collectibles, and novelties.

Customer Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by offering personalized recommendations, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selection. Help customers bring their visions to life!

Register Operations: Handle transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Visual Merchandising: Assist with maintaining store displays and ensuring that merchandise is neatly arranged and visually appealing. Help create an immersive atmosphere that delights our customers.

Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory shipments. Keep track of product levels and restock as necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers. Communicate effectively and support each other in achieving store goals!
Desired Qualifications:

Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Passion for Halloween and a keen interest in costumes, makeup, and all things “Freaky”!

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Knowledge or experience with theatrical makeup is a plus!
