StarBlend™ Cake Makeup is a highly pigmented pressed powder that can be used wet or dry. Apply dry for a sheerer coverage or dampen brush or sponge for a full coverage application. The long-wear formula was developed to withstand the utmost in extreme performance conditions, including hot stage lights.
To Use: For dry application, swipe brush or sponge on top of product and apply directly to the skin. For wet application, dampen brush or sponge with water, work into a creamy consistency, and apply to skin. Remove with soap and water.
